What you're buying

A one-time purchase of nine digital books in PDF format. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Personal use

The books are for your own personal, household use. You may print copies for your own kitchen. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or republish the books or any part of them.

General information

The books share general information about buying, storing and cooking meat. They are not professional, medical or nutritional advice. Always follow safe food-handling practices and cook meat to a safe internal temperature.

Prices in the books and on this site are approximate. They change by region, store and season. Any savings depend on what you buy, where you buy it and how you use the methods, and are not guaranteed.
